The platform
Palm Beach Lawn Pros operates a technology platform that connects homeowners with independent, vetted lawn professionals. We are not a lawn care contractor and do not employ the Lawn Pros who perform services.
Service and pricing
Prices are quoted based on the property size and frequency you select. Quoted rates are honored provided the property information you supply is accurate. Significant discrepancies may require a re-quote before service.
Payments
A valid payment method is required to book. Charges are processed after each completed visit. Failed payments may pause scheduled service until resolved.
Cancellations
Recurring service is month-to-month with no contract. Skips and cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before a scheduled visit are free of charge.
Satisfaction guarantee
Report a quality issue within 48 hours of a completed visit and we will arrange a return visit at no additional charge.
Lawn Pro terms
Lawn Pros are independent contractors responsible for their own equipment, insurance, taxes and compliance. Platform access requires maintaining active insurance and meeting quality standards.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability related to any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
