Information we collect
Account details (name, address, email, phone), property information you provide for quoting, service history and photos, and payment tokens held by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To generate quotes, assign a Lawn Pro, schedule and route visits, process payments, send service notifications, and provide support. Property photos are used to verify completed work.
Sharing
Assigned Lawn Pros receive only the details needed to complete your service: address, access instructions and scope of work. We do not sell personal information.
Communications
By booking, you agree to receive transactional messages about your service. Marketing messages are optional and can be turned off in your dashboard at any time.
Website analytics
We use privacy-respecting first-party analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website: pages visited, assessment progress, device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), and campaign parameters such as utm_source when present. These events are tied to an anonymous session identifier and never include your name, email, phone number, street address or card details. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Account and service records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required for tax, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
Your choices
You may request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting hello@palmbeachlawnpros.com. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be retained by law.
